We could all probably do a better job of keeping our speeds below the typical 10 miles over the limit most of us seem to observe on the highways. This weekend and on various weekends throughout the summer we need to be extra careful because the Tennessee Highway Patrol and Chattanooga Police are stepping up their efforts in making traffic stops.
